1. All deposits are NON refundable. Trips booked for three (3) hours or greater hourly as directed service require a 50% percent deposit at the time of booking. If
any cancellation apply for less than 24 hours(Your credit card will be charged whether you use or do not use the services).

2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $1000.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $350.00.

3. Alcohol Consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.

4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 5 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.

5. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).

6. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.

7. Balances to be paid on trip date before the beginning of the trip.

8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

9. ::: CANCELLATION POLICY ::: Reservations that are cancelled prior to the 24 hours before the trip will be charged 50% to the card provided to us. Reservations that are cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time will be refunded only 50% of the total. Long-distance trips that exceed 75 miles and are cancelled within 24 hours prior to the pickup time will be fully charged. International pickups require cancellation before the 48 hour time period before pickup. These policies vary by area of service, pickup location, and may alter subject to special events.

Special Events Note: Due to high vehicle demand, reservations for some special events, including but not limited to holidays, large conventions, and prom services, cannot be cancelled and are not refundable unless otherwise indicated on your trip confirmation.

10. RATES: Rates listed above are subject to change, and maybe different for holidays and other special events. Flat rates are based on transfers only. If additional stops are added, the applicable hourly rates and minimums will apply. Any Applicable Parking. Tolls or other incidental charges will be added to the invoice total.
